Ice Mage: Piercing cold broken

Recently made an ice mage and tested it against someone who was cold immune. My cold spells did no damage. That is a major flaw in the ice mage as that is the biggest reason to take that class.

Which spells specifically did you use that did no damage so I can ask for the scripts? You are also a level 10 ice Mage right? You only get to ignore cold resists/immunity at 10th here.

Yeah I have 10 levels of it and it was for lesser orb of cold and orb of cold.
The person had cold immune spell on.

P.S. I'll test a few more cold spells and tell you the results

Hmmm. Those two ring a bell about something in the OEI spells I didn't change for frost Mage. I'll check my 1.41 update when I get to my computer and see what the frostmage fixes were.

I have my own version of the orbs as I did them before OEI and in my content I switched their scripts to mine. I probably forgot to do that here.

Yeah it seems the only ones that don't work are the orb spells, the rest seemed fine. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it!

Its quite possible I forgot to update those two spells when we pulled in that package.
I'll take a peak tonight.

Nope, it was me. Line item from 1.41: OEI's Orb of Cold and Lesser Orb of Cold now benefit from piercing cold.

I fixed all of mine but didn't fix the OEI ones. I'll upload it after Castle and the aspirin kick in.
