confusion concerning shapechange

hello, i looked around before asking this, but the wikis didnt have any specific information.

i know when you shape change your weapon damage changes to the monsters weapon damage, but do you still get the benefit of your weapon focus and weapon specialization feats since your weapons, like your armor, is still "equipped"?

If you guys know any other tidbits about shapechange/polymorph self id like to hear them as well the spell description online seems somewhat lacking in detail.

You don't get your weapon feats since in most cases you use a "creature claw" weapon.
There is weapon focus, specialization etc in that weapon type but I think you can't take it as a player.
We put it on monsters though.
