It's written its BAB progression is "Low".
In Kaedrin's PRC, it's BAB progression is "Medium"
Is that intentional ?

It's medium.
Our TLK version is probably like 2 years old and I guess was out of date on that description.

I fixed our description on the web page.
It will be fixed in the IG TLK next update.

Why stop them taking Diss Chord too?

I think the spells (at least Call Lightning, Greater Call Lighting) are capped like the druid one but the description says "with a maximum caster level of 30th."
