*a hooded man stands in back of the hilltop ruins just south of the bridge*
"Psst.." He calls over to you with a slightly odd grin on his face. " Ello there traveler...you look like one ta have a taste fer some ill gotten booty.." He looks around , as if to make sure no one is listening. " I be huntin these here ruins fer a few nights..there be some foul creatures in there" He sighs. " Well..here be tha thing.. i was looting one of the treasures those accursed Kobolds had hidden in their lair...when i hears something" He looks around again.." it sounded to me like a horrid creature...i hid behind some old crates...and i seen it..a baby dragon!...It was bein taken down to the lower levels..along with what looked like quite a bit of booty." He grins. "I'm pretty tough.but im not crazy..if you want to help me..we can splits the treasure...perhaps ya gots some strong friends wants to come as well?" He shrugs" Anyhows..i be campin out here most of the time..right by these ruins...so..perhaps another day..we can get ta do some real lootin...just do me a favor..try not ta tell anyone that looks like they be some do-gooder...Last thing i need is the Fist comin round..askin questions. Best ta keep them outta it." The stranger turns..and walks off towards his camp. " Well..just give it a thought sometime! I'll be around."
