Full Plate 10/- Damage resistance - Confirmation Please

This is the second time I have seen a Full Plate with 10/- in the auction house and I have been told that it was "broken".

Luna can you please confirm this 10/- is broken?

This item is still in the game and being sold for a lot of gold. It seems that if it is broken a few people do not know or are trying to take advantage of other players ignorance.

If it is broken/nerfed can it be removed from the game? Or does it have any benefit I am unaware of?

Do you know the name of the armor?
We might still have some broken one's in our loot tables.

Physical damage "resistance" doesn't work, only elemental. For physical types to work properly, they have to be in the notation of Amount/Threshold, insofar as item properties are concerned.
