I have a question on multiclassing... First can you take a 4th class before lvl 20? (a clarification). 2nd... Can the Lathanderer (morninglord was it?) and/or the Hospitalier take the paladin feats Divine shield, divine might, and epic thereof?

yes you can take your 4th before 20.
It looks like hospitaler can take those feats, but morninglord cannot.
