Habits: Rather than calling acquaintances by their real names she has a habit of giving them odd, but often strong nicknames (such as Storm, Shadow or Lion). Additionally she seems obsessed with declaring strong personalities her leader, in order to follow their directions from then on.

Background:
Saeyssa was the first child born to a human couple that was unable to associate the occurrence of such a creature in their bloodline. Despite the mockery of other children in the small town of Two Stars, a small settlement close to Thay, the community eventually accepted the Air Genasi, allowing Saeyssa to embrace her bond with the winds.
Her father died of a strong fever when Saeyssa had just passed her teen years and her mother was pregnant for the third time. Having lost their only income with the death of the blacksmith, the town's guard captain, Vormav Blutklinge, offered to provide the family with a home and food in return for taking Saeyssa as his servant.
Seeing no other way to ensure the well-being of her little brother and pregnant mother, she agreed and soon left with her employer for the Swordcoast.
On their travels Vormav then revealed his true self...
Goals:
Her main goal is to live up to Vormav's expectations, hoping to eventually fulfil her purpose and be able to return to her family without having to rely on his support. In his absence she furthermore offers her services to any powerful seeming person, hoping for one of them to help her find another way out of the situation.
