To send a pm look at the very top of the screen, just under the colored banner, and click on the spot that says New Messages. There will be a number there 0-?? to reflect the amount of new messages you have, and it will take you to the message control panel. It is not the only way to get to it, but it is the easiest.
You can send a PM from there. Let me know if you have any more questions.
