Is there a way in game to obtain his specific armor?
I want it very badly.
I couldn't find it under the armor changers.

Other than one of us viewing the NPC by taking possession of it. Even still, if the armor was placed on the NPC instead of having actual armor modified, then it'd take someone going into the toolset to find the design.
