Meh keep getting unauthorized error x.x

Meh keep getting unauthorized error x.x

It was working for most the time i started adjusting from nwn1 to nwn2, but recently it started just saying this,
Problem Signature 09: System.UnauthorizedAccess
firewall isn't getting in the way that i know of even with it off it said the same, and permissions and everything are set correctly wanted to finish my area to submit it (tho its not nearly done due to work recently ^.^ but its getting there :D) any ideas or should i just try redownloading it maybe o.o.

No idea. Try to google the error, or try the nwn2 social bioware forums .. the tech support section.
