unarmed combat and spells

Now I've looked everywhere i could think on these forms but i haven't been able to come across anything difinitive and substantial about the mechanics on unarmed combat, spells, gloves/bracers.

So that in mind I have a few questions for any the DM's out there:

• 1. How are spells implemented for unarmed combat?
  2. Does this change with wearing a bracer and or glove?
  3. What spells affect (if any) unarmed combat?
