Background: Shilarra was raised in the city of Evereska. Growing up she has always had a knack for the arcane arts...they have almost been more second nature to her. She spent over a century devoting herself to the study of the magical arts. Realizing there is still much she does not know she has left Evereska in search for more knowledge to increase her power. She has decided to make her way to the Western Heartlands to learn more and perhaps find out more about the dragon clans she has heard as she studies and begins to understand the power of using blood to help fuel her spells. Shilarra has always had an awe for power which has made her interested in dragon clans since it is known that they revere the dragons and sometimes harness similar powers. Someday she hopes to gain some of those powers for herself...

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: Shilarra has never fully agreed with how the "norm" of society. She has spent her whole life studying and searching for more power. Unlike most of society she has no fear of darker magics indeed plans to take whatever path is necessary to increase her knowledge of the arcane arts.
