I have traveled far and I have left much behind.
My lord Selvetarm has spoken to me and he has guided my steps to this place. What I look upon is a cesspit of inferior races crammed together... it is the city known as Sshamath... a city of mages... what kind of foolishness is this.
Why has he guided me here... what possible reason would I need to be here.... no I will not question this... I am the spider that waits... in time I am sure he will grant me the knowledge for now I will sit and wait.
I do what comes natural to an Ilythiiri.. I look for the Yath.... I am shocked at what I find... this can not be right... again patience... I must learn before I presume to much. I begin to look around the City for information for that is what I need now.
It is time to set the pieces on the board.... A new game of Savas has started.

I have spent many cycles now patroling the tunnels deep in thought.
I have met a few of the locals those that are established as well as newcomers like myself. I have met some of the local Yath, a group of Sell Swords... mercanaries.. the Maw.... I have also met a Jaluk who is part of the Conclave.... what are the games who are the players this is what intrigues me now.
I am content as the Spider that waits... I will use those teachings now to begin to understand the local players of power.
I was asked what it was that I was doing here... I answered with the truth... "I do not know.... but I am sure I will be told eventually"
I will continue the path I am on and I will provide the tunnels around the city some sense of protection from the wilds... only because this will make me stronger... I will accept the tests... only then will I prove my worth.
