Background: Born an orphan, Holland knows little to nothing of his parents, though its obvious he's of Half-Elven heritage. He has a natural connection with nature, perhaps due to his sylvan blood. When he came of age he joined a local militia group, and after serving for a year eventually retired, or was forced to leave in shame for varying reasons. Since his time in the militia he has suffered a breaking in his will however, and is currently still building it back up, along with all that comes with it.
Goals: Having been told of the Forest Queen Goddess by an elven woman named Ivory, Holland is now on a sort of spiritual quest to find out who he is, and what he will become.
Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: I plan to write up a story depicting him stumbling upon the shrine to Mielikki on the Lion's Way when I reach level 4, and take his first Druid level. This will also explain his Animal Companion, and will serve as a turning point for him in his resolve. Also, Holland will eventually take Favored Soul classes leading up to his becoming a Divine Champion of Mielikki. In this way Mielikki will take some personal interest in Holland, and at the very least give him her blessing in doing her work.
