Personality Profile: Being an older Dwarf, clanless and debating retirement from adventuring (to choose a profession), Brodric is just your average Dwarf. He can be rude at times to those he believes are being disrespectful, but otherwise gets along fine with others (though often very crudely).

General Health: If there is anything remotely healthier than Brodric, it is not in any way natural. Maybe the Tarrasque?
Deity: Gorm Gulthyn, protector of Dwarves!

Profession: Adventurer and retired soldier.

Habits/Hobbies: Well-groomed, armor shined, weapons taken care of. His habits and hobbies all relate to his personal discipline and maintenance. Unlike most Dwarves, Brodric never drinks to excess, if he drinks at all.

Background:

Nothing is especially memorable about Brodric besides his health. Neither he nor anyone that has known him could say that he's ever been ill or even injured for long. Regardless, his path in life was that of a soldier for his father's (Ulfrek) clan. After 40 years in service he decided to move on and left not just the military but his clan to go explore. A few years later he returned to find his clan had also moved on without him.

Back in the Sword Coast and clanless, Brodric heard of the tragic fate of the Ironfaars and their new Dwarven nation for the clanless. This appealed to him, a home where even he would be welcome and possibly even useful. Brodric entered the new clanhold of the Dwarves and began working as one of its defenders. Having spent a large portion of his life fighting the local monstrosities, he felt Gorm would want him to put that knowledge and skill to use in defense of Kraak Helzak.

Goals:

- Main goal is to see Kraak Helzak well established and defended from outside threats.
- Brodric will fight for the clanhold at every opportunity and is always willing to use his amazing resilience to the clans benefit.

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts:

- Brodric can't stand cocky longshanks of any kind, human, elf, half-breed, what have you. He often finds these fools standing in roadways, blocking everyone and crying about one thing or another to each other. It makes him wonder if the longshanks are just too afraid to spend time under their own shoddily crafted roofs.

- His old clan moved on without him and he has no idea what happened that would make the whole clan move. He misses his family undoubtedly and from time to time still inquires about them.
