The Shadow Weave

Just a few things i want to clarify with being a Shadow Adept in regards to Roleplaying and the Shadow Weave.

When i cast spells my eyes glow and shadows form around my character, Are people able to determine that i am a Shadow Weave user just by this? Considering almost nobody should even know that it exists (or dismiss such as fairy tales)

Are Shadow Adepts able to tell if another caster is using the shadow weave? If not how does one work out if another is a Sharan as its forbidden to discuss such things to anyone other than other Sharan's (does my head in a little bit)

From what i understand of the Shadow Weave normal Weave users are not able to counter the spells as easily does this affect counterspelling in game?

Looked through some of the questions asked and realized this hadn't been answered. Could someone answer please? I've been wondering if someone else can detect a Shadow Weave user.

Thanks Ras! As always good work. Its nice to know people can't just crucify me because my magic is a little different to others! (they can sure a shell try!)
