Does this feat give you an extra +1 ac bonus that stacks with the magic properties of your armor +1? Or is it a dodge bonus in which case does it stack with skill or armor magic property dodge bonus?

It's applied as a Dodge Bonus, and all Dodge Bonuses stack to a maximum of +20. In other words, it will stack with all other armor bonuses you receive.

Does a the armor dodge stack with the 10 tumble ranks dodge?

Yes. All dodge bonuses stack with one another up to a maximum bonus of +20.

Luck of Heroes, Tumble, Dodge from boots, Divine Shield, Dodge (feat), Armor Optimization and any other dodge bonuses will all stack with one another.

In case you're wondering. Mithral Full Plate is considered medium armour, and having the HAO feats won't give you anything as long as you're wearing it.
