Uncanny dodge with heavy armour?

Unread post by gallimar »

Hi all

So apparently uncanny dodge has been broken forever but there was a community fix which is applied at BGTSCC to my understanding

However where it did apply also to heavy armour wearers in nwn2, I have read it wasnt supposed to somewhere.

Some people say it shouldnt work in heavy armour and some people say it should so that leaves me confused

so the final question: Does uncanny dodge work with heavy armour on this server?

Just read the Dwarfen Defender class - I guess this means it should work with heavy armor

still looking for confirmation as a DM told me he wasnt sure and asked me to ask on the forums

Uncanny Dodge has never been restricted by armor I believe. Evasion is supposed to only work in light armor, but that's not the case in NWN2 and it wasn't fixed. Uncanny Dodge is fixed though.

It all depends on which class gives the ability... some like the monk, have armor restrictions.
If the text is this color, I am on duty, everything else is just my humble opinion.

Evasion used to work only for light or no armor in nwn2 but Obsidian changed it to work with medium and heavy armor as well in patch 1.12.
