Background:

Born Theodore "Teddy" Fadenburrows in your typical middle-class striver gnome household. Teddy had no siblings growing up, and as a scrawny young gnome he realized the best way for him to get by was to have the biggest friends. Teddy spent his childhood currying favor with the neighborhood bullies, and left victimhood to less ambitious gnomes. His father, Victor "Quick Vic" Fadenburrows, started a lumber supply company which grew in size and soon was providing the wood for a large percentage of the hovels in the greater Gullykin area. Teddy, now 28, got a job through his father's influence working for Gullykin's government as a gnome hovel saftey inspector. As his father's lumber supply business grew, so did Teddy's hopes of landing a high-ranking government office position. Success, however, was short-lived for Quick Vic. As it turns out, he had been selling cheap, defective, and infested wood which he had purchased far below his competitor's costs. Hundreds of hovels collapsed.

Teddy realized a government position did not suit him, nor did his old name. From that day on, Rico Slickrock worked for himself and no one else. Knowing that his father's victims may come looking for Teddy, Rico begrudgingly invested time in learning a small amount of illusion magic.

Rico started his new career leasing commoner apartments in the city of Baldur's Gate. He transitioned into Wizard Office leasing over a year ago, and he is excitedly hunting for his first big tenant.

Goals: Landing his first magical tenant! Rico dreams of one day becoming the most well-known Wizard Office Leasing Agent in Abeir Toril.
