2 questions!

1. Does Spell Resistance on items stack?

2. The RCR NPC is borked for me; I can't get the dialogue to come up. Any other options?

Spell Resistance on items only applies the highest value. They do not stack.

RCR NPC might be caught in dialogue with someone else or stuck in a loop. Should work after a reset.

If the RCR NPC already hs xp from one of your other characters he wont talk to you so it could be that as well

Could be one of 2 issues the toon your talking with has over 100 xp which if so the rcr bot will not work or you already have stored xp and cannot rcr.

I would take a fresh new toon and see if the convo fires for you.

Also, remember that the RCR toon is keyed to your CD key and not your account name. If you have multiple account names that you log in with, make sure you didn't talk with the NPC on any of them in the past.

thanks guys! I figured out what happened. I was clearing out old level 1-2 characters I never play and accidentally used the RCR NPC when deleting a level 2.
