Doors and Kemo-chairs

1 : I have been working on an area in the toolset, and was wondering if anyone knew how to have the door lock after you've unlocked it with a key.. (solved)

2 : I have found the kemo chairs on the vault, and I was wondering if anyone knew if it is the correct ones.
