Castorius going against his minions

Unread post by duracele »

Hapenned to me twice now. Seems like there were two versions of castorius each time. one adressing my pc and sending the brigands on him. the other one strangely enough immediately begins to fight the brigands summoned by the other one.

This seems to happen alot ya.
Vengeance must be sought for all injustices, and all punishments must fit the crime
Maintain the spirit of the law, not the letter of the law
All attacks must be avenged

If you're talking about bridge toll collector.

It is the same version. Basically, this guy is neutral to you and has combat ai enabled. If you leave location before he manages to talk to you he stops walking and stands in place. HOWEVER, if any hostilities arrive in aree (bandits spawned by next toll collector), he'll try to fight them. Also, as far as I know, he never actually tries to fight you and always disappears after dialogue.

No matter what happens with dialogue, another version will be spawned later. Meaning if first toll collector still standing on the bridge, there will be two of them. Or three. Or more.

All correct except for one - you can initiate combat with Castorius. He's pretty tough, high HP, SoV spamming, Spirit Shaman. Also, can people either fight or pay? Whats with leaving all the spawns everywhere?

How is this right now?

We did some changes to the bridge crew and Castorius. I wasn't aware of this issue, but thinking of my changes it may have been inadvertently fixed! :)
