Character Voice Set Change

I've made an orc character who had his tongue cut out and can only speak with grunts/sighs and mainly communicates through hand gestures.

In the character creation I wasn't really thinking and gave him a voice set, is there any way I can have the value change in his character record to have no voice at all?
