Damnable hotkeys in the toolset...

How can I type a bloody sentence, like in a localized description, that includes O, P or V without getting a camera control change or a swap of zone, completely interrupting me? O and P keep swapping between cameras, and V tabs between opened tabs, and there's nothing in the options to change key settings!
