To anyone interested in RPing a swordfighting instructor...

Just copy what the manuals on this website say!

... Be careful though...

Note the twelfth play. If you want to end him rightly (?), hold your spear and sword together on your arm, unscrew the pommel of your sword and throw it at him vigorously. Close in with the throw and use your sword or spear, whatever suits you best.

When he throws his pommel at you, keep your buckler close to you and watch out for the throw. Hold your spear in your right hand and prepare to thrust, to stop him from closing in if it is his intention

And yes, these are actual live by the sword written instructions, so can be perfectly used in case you want to emote your fights or RP a swordfighting instructor.

*insert eternal love here*

I used to do some training session with Lotrik, since he's a longsword master, this will help me immensely, thanks
Aurelien Amon: Human fighter, member of the Whitewood Vanguard, Hoarite

Lotrik: Not a wise Genasi, probably stronger than you tho, a master of longswords. Fully retired

Bob Thairo: Dreadknight of Bane, Back on the Coast, tyranning away with his wife
