Paladin vs Epic spell Damnation?

Unread post by Storm Munin »

If I would be crazy enough *cough*to make an exorcist paladin, as in roleplaying the part and maxing charisma (planar turning feat as well).

Is Epic spell Damnation available for our paladins here?

The question arise since I have heard our paladins have full caster progression.
Which might of course be a misunderstanding.

For all I know they do not get epic spells, hence the question.

If not, what other class might be recommended for the deed?
Clerics and favored souls needs those pesky two attributes for good spell casting/turning too.

Edit:
For the record this paladin probably wont see the light of faerun in this year or the next even.
But I thought it might be good to know for sure, prior to trying.

EDM route is too boring.

Good to know, thank you.

Would you possibly have the answer to my question as well?

No, paladins don't have access to epic spells. All epic spells have a requirement of being able to cast level 9 spells. That's what makes them epic spells, after all, going past level 9.
