The misadventures of Court Vlr Rolin

After spending one horrible week as a prisoner of the gnolls, Court was able to find a opportunity to attempt his escape. Using his Whispering Wind spell Court sent messages to the locations he knew his friends to frequent. One to the Friendly arms fire, one to Uthgards beard and one to the outside of the gnoll cave. With luck his message reached the ears of his good friend's Nadine, Geb and Hannibal.
Not a moment after he had sent his last message, The gnolls discovered his treachery. They beat him to an inch of his life and left him to die in his cell. But the gnolls were not ready for the force that came to rescue Court. Nadine, Geb and Hannibal were able to raise a small army and assault the gnoll cave. With in an hours time they found Court unconscious and near death in a open cell. Quickly they revived him and after a heart felt reunion made hast back to the sunlight. Once outside some of the party wanted to get payed for there troubles. As luck would have it, Court had overheard some gnolls talking about a box of gems they had hidden away from the others. Court described the area he had heard them talking about and Nadine recognized it.
Quickly the group headed to the beach near candlekeep and there in a cave they found a box of hidden gems buried in the earthen floor. After unlocking it the adventures split the hidden stash and saw Court safely back to the friendly arms inn.
