It is not being considered at the moment, so I would not put any hopes into it getting in in any decent time (talking years).

Damn I love Dread Commando. It looks simple on the outside but actually opens up a ton of really cool and fun builds. Like Grey Orc HIPSter with a great axe, power attack and full plate lol. Still weaker then a power built rogue but strong enough to be playable.
Though Dread commando itself is too strong for how low the requirements are. Medium AB would fix it entirely. Well that and armored ease should only work in medium or heavy armor, otherwise every rogue will take it for a bunch of free +stealth.
