Anyone else find it hilarious how little this game matters to the NWN community? I mean even considering 5th edition rules, on paper it should have been the final nail in the NWN coffin. I was seriously shocked at how bad the game was, so few classes and races. So few options. Builder tools limited, world building non existent.
How could they put the Sword Coast name on such a painfully mediocre game? So many blunders and WotC is still trying to pass off crap like this in 2015? Please sell off the D&D name and give us all a sigh of relief.

Still believe there should be a NWN3. I sadly agree with this assessment.

I didn't really find it hilarious, I mean it didn't surprise me or anything. Everything was quite clear since the first announcement. 1-x players (4 or 6?) and one DM for multiplayer. No support for PW's was even considered, which is the bread and butter of nwn. There are a few games in development that might put that final nail in the coffin, but it remains to be seen how long it will take them to get released, and if they will function as promised.

They grossly exaggerated the DM/builder capabilities though, as did they with character building. Hell the worst thing about the game is multiplayer, which is the exact opposite of NWN.Thids wrote:I didn't really find it hilarious, I mean it didn't surprise me or anything. I haven't seen a game so ignored by it's target audience since...well...Pathfinder Online lol.

Yeah I guess, I just remember dismissing it instantly when I read the first announcement.

Actually the disappointment of that game is what brought me back here. I played it for 16 hours, felt sick, and demanded a refund.
