RCR NPC is non-responsive
Not sure if it's only for me but recently I was attempting to retire a character and the RCR tool NPC won't acknowledge me. Attempted on another character to the same result.
i like to see cute things fighting ugly things

Try a new character with no xp. Maybe you got some XP already stored.

You cannot have more than 200 XP on the new toon, to receive the XP "bank" held in the RCR NPC.

It worked today. Thank you all for your help. It did turn out I had some EXP in there I didn't remember.

The dialog does not have any options for the cases when your PC does not meet the speak-to-me requirements. I updated it and will post tonight. It will be active after the server resets.
