Background:

Talia grew up in a small village in the woods outside Daggerford. Though village is somewhat a misnomer, as the only long-term residents were her immediately family and a couple other couples. Mostly, the elves that lived there rotated in and out either seasonally or every few years or decades, depending on degree of wanderlust or involvement with the more long-term residents. She was the only child there for the vast majority of her life, though far from the only child of her parents. She does have two older siblings, a brother and a sister, the latter of whom had already found a life partner and moved away before Talia was born, the former of which had just as severe a case of wanderlust as her uncle and Talia in her turn. Yet for being the only child, she was far from spoiled and far from sheltered. With the flux of elves came also a semi-regular flux of other races, adventurers accompanying their elven party members, full of stories. She was an adult by the time the Hart family came to reside in the farmlands outside Daggerford, and became regular visitors. And as the youngest adult, it fell on Talia to play nursemaid for their adventurous son, though he did not know it. Her own case of wanderlust kicked in not long before he began his adventures beyond the forest, and between her uncle and Mrs. Hart, took checking on Leon as an excuse to explore the world that she'd grown up hearing about.

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts:

-She's got a wandering brother and adventuring uncle, who knows what sort of trouble they're getting into
-Large towns and cities make her claustrophobic, so she's more likely to be out in the wilderness unless given enough cause to be in town/distracted enough
-She has never met her lifepartnered older sister, and thus has no idea what sort of relatives she might have from that
