A smiling monk steps up among the stalls at the Friendly Arm Inn. He calls out in a loud and clear voice:

"Good day to you all. I have for sale or trade a very special halberd. It bears heavy enchantment, and is a truly rare item. Item will be for sale or trade, although sale price would need to be hefty indeed. Here are it's properties:

Epic Pole Axe, Halberd
Enhancement Bonus: +4
Damage Bonus: Slashing 2
AC Bonus: +4 (Deflection)
Level Required: 21

"Bidding may commence immediately, and will continue until 48 hours after the final bid has been made."
