Booted from game, lost primary weapon. Luckily!

So TLDR I was running into the farmlands from The fields of the dead and during transition i got booted from game.
Not sure why i was booted but when i logged back in i was in the farmlands.
Ran a few hundred feet into the next area and i noticed my weapon was gone ((panic ensued))
I ran back to where i got booted and found my weapon on the ground. (thank god noone picked it up, would've destroyed me).

Just wanted to put my experience out there just in case anyone else suffered the fear i did.

That can happens when you have a full inventory. Better never fill it to the last slot.
