Thaumaturge - Contingent Summoning not checking PSc

Hello,

My current thaumaturge build includes both divine and arcane caster levels. Right now I'm at Spirit Shaman 13 / Thaumaturge 4 / Sorcerer 2.

With Practiced Spellcaster (Spirit Shaman), I should have a Divine CL of 19. So my 60s/CL spells should be lasting 19 minutes.

However, when using Contingent Summoning, my summons seem to despawn quicker than 38 minutes (19x2), but also longer than 19 minutes. I was noticing it was happening somewhere in between the two numbers, because 19-minute buffs would fade before the summon did. Therefore, it seems like I am still getting the effect of Extended Summoning, but it just does not seem to be using my maximum CL.

My assumption is that it is using a CL of 17 for Contingent Summoning, due to the two sorcerer levels, and thus not recognizing my Practiced Spellcaster feat. Thus making my contingent summons last for 34 minutes instead of 38.

This seems like a bug, to me.


As an additional note, at least on Summon Monster VII (my current max), the Augment Summoning effect is applying as a magical bonus rather than a natural one. Meaning, the buff icons are showing and the strength and constitution abilities are colored. Using bulls/bears does not increase these values, and the combat log shows that it's not a hidden effect (bulls does not change the AB on attack rolls). From what I have read elsewhere on this forum, it is supposed to apply as a natural effect so that you can still apply bulls/bears to your augmented summons. Therefore, at least this particular level may not have the script firing correctly. This happens whether I use contingent summoning or I cast the normal spell.

Augment summoning always applies spell-like effect, and not natural, for my summons on thaumaturge. Would be nice if it was buffable.
