A tiefling many would recognize as Liam the Golden stands in the courtyard of the Friendly Arm Inn displaying a pair of finely crafted boots. He makes it clear he is willing to trade these, for a pair of boots of similar power and rarity, if the boots that are offered are more suitable for one of the bardic persuasion...or prettier...or he just likes them more for no particular reason...
