Mine is also broke, but more over the fact that the entire setting has been destroyed. I can only hope that the success of this game and all the games to come situated in the setting become massive successes so as to indicate what a mistake its destruction was.

The Total War engine could finally make a respectable Warhammer Fantasy game. Will wait and see.

I pre-ordered this the day it was available for pre-order. I'll probably buy every DLC and every game in the triology as well :)

I wanted to be hyped about it but after the total failure of Rome 2, I just cannot take these guys seriously. Also, the amount of factions included just strikes me as an obvious set up for endless DLCs. A practice that I completely loathe. :(

Also, Call of Warhammer mod for TW:Medieval 2 is pretty good in its own right. There's an impressive amount of factions and a somewhat faithful representation of their units

EDIT: Vampire Counts are cool but where are my Necrons Tomb Kings?!

Total War: Warhammer would have me much more hyped if it was 40k. I'm not a big fan of the fantasy, but the hype will probably grow exponentially as the release date comes closer.

On the other hand, I just watched the Paradox press conference on GDC cuz they were announcing the new Obsidian game.

Warhammer Dwarves are the closest thing in warhammer to gnomes, so I think chambordini gets a wary pardon.

When is this coming out? I like the total war series, and with a rich IP like Warhammer.... it will be good to slay some orks :D
If the text is this color, I am on duty, everything else is just my humble opinion.

I don't know about that. A puny halfling or goblin seems far closer in both apperance and ability!

Oh man, i played the crap out of some Warhammer Online, had my own statue in the Capitol for all my PVP greatness.

+1 for all things Warhammer forever, except for "Age of Sigmar."

How does Chaos win, and then the next installment is called Age of Sigmar? WTF?

If I remember right Sigmar is the guy that survives, apart from the Chaos Gods.

Although later on it turns out most of the protagonists survive in some fashion. Its like the Spell Plague and the Time of Troubles. Game's Workshop wanted to do a setting reset.
