Favored Souls haste(3x) is still bugged

Favored Souls haste(3x) is still bugged. (since the big update)
Status decrease on use. And it gets worse on second use. On 3 use dex is 0.

It works fine for me. What is your build? Have you tried rcring again?
Scratch that. I had deathward on. I ll post in the QC forums about it
