Finally got a good build.
Ok my newest build has so far been a beast against even lv 30 mobs and he is not even lv 20 yet. I can pretty much tank anything and maybe get hit once every few turns at worst. I think I finally got the hang of it. Base ac is 40, with ice I get 45. By lv 30 I should have base 45, ice 50 ac. Add defensive buffs and that will go even higher. Only drawback is low ab... at lv 20 I will have 23-24 ab, by 30 I will have ab in the mid 30s at best. Regardless I am happy with this build. Best I have made yet.
