Alright this is what i got from the The Balance of Power post.

If you dont want bad things to happen to your toon just say you dont want to do that rp and thats that...

So the next time bad stuff is about to happen to one of my toons i can do the same and say i dont want to do this rp?

Not really.

It is one thing when someones actions go against PG-13 rating and are making someone REALLY uncomfortable, and it is different story when someone wants to make a perfect Mary Sue, gets destroyed in combat and can't take it well.

While you can't really FORCE people to do something (because if you really tick someone off, they can just report your behavior and then disconnect), the point of the server is collaborative story creation.

Actions have consequences, some of them are negative, so you can't really create a "perfect Mary Sue" here.

I'd recommend to play in third person. Meaning that instead of assuming that your character is you, you watch the character's story from distance, occasionally affecting character's decisions.

It is worth keeping in mind that in some occasions people want to "collaborate" writing a story where their characters "wins". That usually ends badly, regardless of alignment.

Your character is exteremly unlikely to end the world, ascend to godhood, etc. I suggest to start small. For example, try building a guard tower.
