Banite Cleric (or any evil Cleric) Build

Hey folks,

Since I'm not all that familiar with the available domains and what each on give you, I was hoping I could get some advice and suggestions on how to proceed with a cleric which follows an evil deity.

I'm guessing a pure cleric or one other multiclass would give me a nice build, just not sure how to go bout it.

Any suggestions?

That's not a cleric though, that's a favored soul. Big difference in roleplay.

Buff'n'smash!

If you don't have issues with Aasimar as a race, you can try 30 cleric. You end with 17wisdom 22str 22cha. Get EDM, evil domain so that you can turn both undead and outsiders and a few extra turning feats. Bane's domains aren't the greatest, but he does have Evil. For extra power you can go with Auril (Evil+water, which gives you evasion and opens up expose weakness), or Umberlee (same deal as Auril). Alternatively you can pick up 4 levels of Hierophant for empowered turning, though it's not needed much.

I'm not sure on what feats are a must for a cleric, which ones to avoid. Which are best for melee build. Anyone have a nwn2db build i can look at?

Yes basically, although you get your spells differently and you need to be smarter with your spell selections as you dont get the whole library.

Yes, ideally you build a EDM build with your FS and Charisma gives you more spells per day.

Blindfight is different than the spell blindsight. Blindfight allows you to roll again, if you missed an attack against a mob due to concealment.

The spell blindfight just allows you to see through invisibility.

Does anyone have a Fs27/BG3 nwn2db build I can look at? I'm making one right now to compare it with lvl 30 cleric.

Thanks for posting that build. It was a good start but it was obviously made by someone focusing purely on a powerbuild.

This is my Fs/Bg build. I didn't go below 10 in the stats I don't use because I don't like lowering them unless I have a good rp reason.

Did I miss any crucial feats before lvl 20?

My very last epic feat I chose +1 strength but I'm up for getting something else if someone could suggest a better use for it.

Also I noticed a few extra epic feats when I get over 25 charisma, are any of those worth it?

Doesn't the builder use the Kaedrin FS Epic count, which we don't? If so you only get Bonus Feats at 23 & 26. Not sure if you can take Extra Turning on an FS level either and I don't think that Tumble is a class skill for Blackguards. You should maybe create again using Storm of Zehir settings - editing the existing may be bugged.

You want to end on even Strength because of Divine Power.
