With 15 CL, buffs will be stripped before you can say "Growl."
Banned for some months.

And I have a suspicion that Bear Form (polymorph effect?) will not stack with Tensers, but that would have to be verified independently.

This build has 20 CL (Thaumaturge has Spellcasting Progression).
Has the Caster lvl = Character lvl bug for dispels been fixed since I've been away?

Yes, the bug has been fixed and caster level now = caster level.
