The issue was not the teleport being blocked but we all took damage and typically we don't, Not sure if its a bug or intentional mind you.

If someone casts a dimensional anchor it can randomize the teleport, and it can cause damage. No change was made.
It affects both the current as well as the destination area. An anchor in either location can cause trouble.

*side note* with that Detect Magic no longer detects dimensional blocks in the areas.

Another side note, if teleporting is blocked, is there anyway to change it so you're not fatigued or it takes away coin? You get shafted both ways if it fails.
