So after a longish hiatus I came back to the game prepared to RCR my toons to update then based on all the changes. I started last night with Liam and Guy, and Liam's RCR changed a single feat, his languages, and some skills around. The classes I took were the dame and at the exact same time, and nothing changed that should have impacted his total HP gear or feat wise, yet after RCR he has 26 less HP, which seems like a lot. (From 306 down to 280)
Any ideas what happened, anyone? Did any classes have their hit die changed and I missed it in the notes and it didn't update on the old build?

Missing a feat? Toughness? Fortitude? Any change in level distribution between classes?
Not equipping the same items? Maybe missing something?

You say you didn't change anything aside from skills and one feat, but double check that you did your attributes the same. Knocking constitution down a modifier lowers your HP by 1 per level (max of 30 at 30).

Re: RCR resulted in changeds taht should not have been
I checked and double checked everything last night before I went to bed. But I still had the toughness feat, had the same CON, and was wearing the same three items that grant CON and a total of 30 bonus HP. The feat I dropped was shield bash since it currently doesn't work properly.
I'm going to redo the math today now that I am less tired and see what I come up with.

Ending on a six for HP looks like an item granting HP or a spell (greater heroism perhaps?) versus mechanical build. I would double check your item setup.
