Scribing Scrolls

Unread post by Moridin »

I believe this is a bug concerning the scribing of scrolls.

Right now when scribing scrolls, the casting of course takes time, I'll use raise dead scrolls as an example. The first one you make, takes 5ish castings but only one spell, however should you make a second scroll of the same kind right after, it requires 5ish spells. This is caused by the fact that the previous casting puts 16% onto the next scroll. In order for this to not happen, one has to wait for the 16% to disappear off of the scroll which can take a long and unmarked period of time. I do not think this is working as intended.
This is my inventory and spell list before I started. Notice how many raise dead spells there are, and keep track of them.

This is a picture of after I finished the first one, as you can notice, I've still only cast one spell, though 16% has been tacked onto the next scroll.

In this picture I continue with making the second one, and finished it. See how many spells are left now and that it also put 16% onto the next scroll?

Here is the screenshot at the end of how far 8 spells took me, not even halfway.
