Selling Masterwork Dwarven Axe - Soubar

A tanned and dark haired elf has joined the group of merchants in Soubar hawking their wares. It seems that he only has a single item up for sale, but it seems to be quite the rare find. He exclaims in both dwarven and common that, "This could be the best axe to ever be crafted under dwarven hands!" and "A true warrior would be proud to own such a weapon." He goes on to explain how he is looking for a fine longbow of equal quality and rarity, if such are available, but might be willing to entertain other offers. He seems hesitant to deal with elves or half-elves that don't appear wealthy.

Upon close examination, the qualities of this weapon become clear:

A stout dwarf approaches the stall. After seeing the single axe that is on display, he seems to lose himself in the pure craftsmanship of the blade. He looks up the man selling the blade with a twinkle in his eye. lad, this may very well be the greatest work o art me have ever seen. Ye can see the skill and care the dwarf who forged this had put into it. Me not being knowing if me life saving be enough, but me gives ye everything I own for dis 'er blade if ye be havin it. And if it not enough, me offer ye me services. As little as they may be. Toignus be me name.
He almost seems to reach for the blade but decides he better not temp himself.
