Here is my thoughts for a military base:
-There is no in game diversity of Lizardmen
-The only Lizardfolk present are armed
-The lizardfolk rush you IC if you are walking in their territory
-Are lizardfolk native to the region?
-The lizardfolk have no children, huts, or any community structures
I'm blind here and I know there are mechanic issues that muddy up the answer. What does the lore say? Its a question I've always wondered so I thought it'd be fun to ask
