Breach gnome

A small question on breach gnome. Does the dex bonus add on top of any other dex bonusses you might get ( like from gear or spells )?

Can't remember about dex, but overall it's one of the worst PRCs implemented here, as you have to toggle 'seal the breach' manually each time you think the terrain could be considered as unwalkable terrain.
It is a constant try and error with this class defining ability - would be much better if it was always on and would provide its bonus if the terrain matches.

Seal the breach is automatic though, Rasael made it so. Activate once and it will activate itself when it should.

When did you test that ? Was it changed recently?
