Does anyone know where BGTSCC has sourced it's book-creation & database system from?
Is it something that would be available on NWVault, or else is it more widely available for other PWs? Sigil is wanting to acquire a similar system for their own PW and I wanted to pass on the word for them.

It sounds like it's something Rasael Frankenstein'd together from a couple of different existing systems:
We rolled it out in 2012 it looks like, so I'm not sure if the systems he pulled for it are even available anymore? The quoted post is also just the idea. I couldn't find anything about implementation, so my guess is he worked that part out with Luna. If he's able and willing to share more info, though, I'm totally cool with it. If it works then players will be able to insert books into libraries which will then be lendable to other players for a small fee.
