Arch-mage mastery of shaping question.

What spells does MoS actually affect. Do we have a concrete list?

Spells like Horrid Withering (8) which is also AoE based, is this one of them? What about Cone-related spells or the likes. Gust of wind, grease etc.

Every AoE with immediate effect. So, no clouds etc.

How is this definition of AoE to be understood however? Are we talking circled AoE ei. Ice storm. Where you selected a circular area, or does it include coneshapes? Which in essens also is an area of effect.

I realise I'm asking for a very cart board cutout explication, but I want to make sure I don't accedently murder my party XP.

Also... does MoS affect scrolls or divine spells if multiclasses are in the Arch mage build?

I've found it to work with varying efficiency across area specific spells, which came at a detriment to party members at the worst time possible.
