CL 30 Bards - Greater Dispell bug?

I had someone report to me that his CL 30 Bard, (27 Bard 3 Rogue W/ Practiced Spellcaster) is getting these spells dispelled constantly by Greater Dispell: Mirror Image, Displacement and Expeditious Retreat. Is this a new Bug or Known Issue?

its an issue with the dispel fix

Dispel magic took my mirrors, 30CL.

Not Greater, just dispel magic.

The bards spell and most others ( clerics, paladins, rangers ) are identified. They should be fixed once the updates begin to roll again after some management work we are doing now.

FYI, this is not fixed. I dont know if it was intended to be so, but its not :)
